To reserve a table there is a small request from our side;
as we are by invitation only we require our guests to be “INTRODUCED”
by guests who have dine with us already, or who known us or our Chef. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, we do so to avoid misunderstanding and most importantly to maintain our focus to create a wonderful evening with you, for you. We will not accept any request without the above criteria, thank you for your understanding.
We serve only DINNER, as center part of the overall experience, but please do come dressed in the way you feel comfortable, at the time you prefer, just let us know.
We offer a TASTING MENU (Kaiseki) by the name of CONTINUOUSLY. Following the main two seasons -spring/summer – autumn/winter- in our city, supporting the local market and culture.
We open everyday via proper reservation, we only have few seats, which we must consider every request and be well organized. Walk in and last minute reservations are not possible for our concept.
To ensure any allergy and dietary will be taken care of we must know everything important during your reservation, as the dinner it is especially tailor-made for you as a single and unique event (no others future guests will have the same evening, same experience) we can’t change during the dinner. Please be kind to help us to be better for you.
We close every year on February, July and August. To follow local tradition and Western holidays
